Colorado River Hay Sales

Review: Our company paid [redacted] 6325.00 for the promise of a semi load of Bermuda Hay to be delivered. This money was for the Hay and delivery. [redacted] stated that the hay would be delivered on 4-12-2014 and it was not. After several attempts to contact [redacted] he continued to ignore our requests for information on the shipment. Once [redacted] contacted us, we were promised to have the shipment delivered on 4-17-2014. Again, there was no shipments. On 4-19-2014 [redacted] stated that he would call us that afternoon to let us know the status. We did not hear back from him, and was unable to locate. On 4-21-2014 we attempted to speak to [redacted] and instead he proceeded to yell at us regarding us not getting our shipment. He is now refusing to send/refund our money. We have all supporting documents proving product was not delivered. We have all supporting documents showing deposit in his bank acct. We did notify the fraud dept after reviewing his lengthy background. Police reports will be filed as well.Desired Settlement: 6325.00 to be refunded
