The services were conductedMy technicians went back twice for no charge to make sure of itBoth times they reported that they completed the service to the best of their abilityThe customer called and said that they were not and demanded that we give him a free service that was unrelated
for his troubleswhen I declined to give him an unrelated service for no charge, he became very rude, angry, and disrespectfulI offered a refund and mailed a check to his home as soon as possibleThe check has not cleared and I am currently trying to track itI am not comfortable sending another one until I figure out what happened to the original oneThis customer has been demeaning, insulting, and frankly, downright scary, which is why I have cut off communicationI refuse to deal with somebody that is so disrespectful and unfair Is only motive was to get a free service out of thisUnfortunately, with review sites like this, usually, the only story that matters is the customers but I figured it couldn't hurt to tell my side
