I am rejecting this response because: You haven't made any effort to contact me, you have my cell phone and home phone numbers...I had left so many messages and you guys almost never got back to me, or it took weeks to do so. [redacted] in one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. I even complained to the owner in person and he didn't act like he cared at all. Makes me think, if you guys have no idea who I am it only means you must have a history of treating people like this, blatantly refusing to fill an order.
