chargesYes, *** did demand that the charges be reversed via a phone call to a financial aid counselor on October 23, and was instructed to provide a formal withdrawal and to appeal the deadlineShe did not feel she should have to complete the paperworkShe called another counselor on November 2, and reiterated that the charges should be reversed and became belligerent when it was requested she complete the appeal to have the charges reversedOn November 5, *** was emailed the appropriate forms to withdraw from classes and the appeal form along with instructions to complete the formThe only response she provided was to state that she did not do an appeal for the charges only an appeal for financial aid reinstatement. As for the appeal for reinstatement of her federal financial aid, it was denied due to the fact *** has not obtained the minimum standards required by federal Title IV regulations of which the institution must adhere when awarding financial aid. If *** would complete and return the forms sent to her on November 5, we will be able to rectify this situation. Sincerely, Curt M*** Director of Financial Aid
