Hi,
I received an email that my complaint had been dismissed as resolved It has NOT been resolved I called in and
gave a representative some corrected dates for my complaint when I realized a couple of hours after submitting online that I had used incorrect dates on my complaint The representative took my information and then apparently I needed to do something to make it "official"but I didn't understand what was needed I called in after I received the first email (11/11/14) and left a message for someone to call me back regarding my complaint and what I needed to do regarding that email but was never called back I now am in receipt of the second email that says my complaint has been dismissed because I did not respond
The corrected information that is listed is correct I'm not sure if *** or *** took the information as both names appear on the corrected information message but the dates listed are correct Please let me know what I need to do to get this complaint listed as NOT resolved again
