We appreciate the feedback and the candor and understand the challenges on this current in-progress project We are diligently working to resolve the issue and satisfy the customer and her concernsWe have a paint crew at the house to complete an entire repaint on the trim of the home at no charge to the customer and have provided additional services as well to the customer to try to resolve the issues, all at no charge Our passion is to completely satisfy all clients and we are continuing to work incredibly diligent to do so for this customer The ladder was an honest mistake by our contractor and was returned personally by the owner of Colorado Commercial Painting We will continue to immediately resolve all issues with quality work promptly and professionally and will not leave this job until the client is 100% satisfied
