***, Thank you for this notice as I was not aware of the dispute by *** *** *** ***Colorado Commercial Refrigeration has been in business for years and this is the first complaint filedIt’s possible the technician saw a problem that another person would not have
spotted and I don’t want to second guess anotherAs for the time frame the parts were not in stock in town and had to be ordered from the factoryI would have been agreeable to negotiate the bill if the customer would have given us the opportunity to make it rightToday I will credit the bill and let the customer know we will reverse the chargeWe have serviced the *** *** at various locations and have never had a compliant from any of the other locationsI hope this resolves this issue and appreciate the opportunity to satisfy the customerPlease let me know if you have any further questions Sincerely, *** ***
