Last year I received a call from Ruth a few weeks prior to my reservation She was telling me that she rented my site from Thursday to Sunday My reservation was from Tuesday to Sat She called me after she double booked the site I found a site somewhere else but called her back to explain that she should call and confirm my reservation first She thought we were leaving on Thursday This year I again called during the winter and spoke with Ruth About my reservation Tues through Sat I mailed a check to her as requested I received a call from her asking why I sent a check this springShe had no sites available She would find a site for me and call me back I called her back when I didn't hear form her She had a site for me We arrive at this am Someone else is in the siteThey are fully booked We have been coming here for 20+years Only have problems since these new owners "They have no site for me" since I will call [redacted] and file a complaintN
