I bought tickets for my wife, my son, and myself for a race on June 25th, The race was cancelled and a new date was selected then a short time later, it was rescheduled a second time for February of the next yearI emailed [redacted] (customer service) on 8/3/and was promised refunds for all three family membersI followed up again in October, and again in December., I did not receive a replies to the October or December emails
I bought tickets last year and in August Colorbuzz sent an email saying the race is cancelled for unforeseen circumstances They were to set up a new date and give refundsThis email was from someone named [redacted] Well [redacted] or Colorbuzz has never responded other than to that one email over a year agoI spent over $and if the date is unknown (which the website is also stating) then I would like my money backI have sent them numerous emails and so has my team asking for refunds
I registered for this Color Buzz Run on March 6, 2016, the race was canceled in July telling me by email that they will reschedule the RunI asked them if they would refund me if I was not able to make the new date and they said yes! I sent emails for status on new dates but was told they hadn't gotten oneI then sent an email requesting a refund and now they will not respond and have not refunded my VIP package!!!

I signed up to run a 5K race with a groupAll in the group paid in full the registration fee in advanceThe day before the race, it was cancelled and we were told that it would be rescheduledOnce the rescheduled date came around, it was cancelled againAt that point I contacted Color Buzz Run and Active.com to request a reimbursementI was told that they are going down the list of registred participants and they would eventually refund our teamIt has been year and no refund has come our wayI have the emails saved if you need to see them
I registered for a color buzz race on 6/20/I received an email that the race had to be rescheduled due to issues with the venueThere was no follemail regarding rescheduling the eventI reached out to the company numerous times via email to get a refund, but I have not received a responseThere is no phone number listed
In January of 2017, I tried to file a complaint with my bank (since I paid online with my debit card)The rep at the bank stated that too much time had passed between the transaction date & the complaint filing dateI am seeking my refund
