The gentleman who owned the store took 3 weeks to get to our order. Then when the order was done and we took some mistakes to him he laughed and said that it was no big deal it could have only been a small mistake. However the mistake was on our wedding invitations. When we asked him about a slight refund he laughed again and said he could give us a dollar from his wallet. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this printer to anyone.
