Revdex.com,I have enclosed communication with Shawn, payment to the *** address he said to send the remainder of the payment when the floors were done, proof from *** and *** that Ray is actively representing Color and Arches LLC The whole situation from the start was a complete nightmare Starting from the time I met Ray and communicated with him on email April to the completion of of closets and floors, it was June They both dragged and dragged and missed many promised delivery dates At one point, I gave a cash payment of $to Shawn as a down payment for the floorsThen out of nowhere, Ray begins to ask me for the down payment money I was very confused as to what he was askingI informed him over and over again that Shawn had taken the money I texted and emailed Shawn over the course of the week and he DID NOT respond until Ray kept insisting that I had not paid the down payment It was then that I became absolutely livid with 1) my projects have now gone on for over months and 2) these two were completely irresponsible, unreliable, and untruthful Shawn didn't reply until I told him that I was going to file a police report on him It was then that he finally called me and said he took some of the money from the down payment for a paint job he had done for me Well, that was never communicated to me before AND after the paintingShawn had gone silent until I said I was filing a police report for fraud Conveniently that night, Shawn calls to tell me that Ray became very distressed over our conversation and informed Shawn he was considering committing suicide I felt terrible and told them to take the time they need Upon reflection, everything seemed too convenient, the whole situation was strange enough and Shawn going silent on me until I asked him to account for where my down payment money had gone that he said it was for his painting labor and picking up my flooring productsI had already purchased all of the product needed and Shawn did not have to spend anything out of pocketThere was some confusion over where to pick up my materials when he got to *** *** and he got a free radio from them for having to wait He uses manipulation to get more out of people Once again, in all honesty, this was the most bizarre situation I have ever encountered I have previously sold a home that I hired contractors for without a glitch who were professional and on time One thing that was very strange was that I gave them a set of keys to enter my home when I was at work In the stretch of the two months, both Ray and Shawn would stop into my home unannounced and randomly without giving me prior noticeAgain, a strange thing to do and complete lack of professionalism As you can see, I have endured a nightmare by having been unfortunately introduced to these two of "Color and Arches LLC" My closets built by Ray looks like absolute disaster with hinges popping off and the shoe shelving unit become undone That I was willing to let go and just live with However, my floors are loud, creaking and popping I got a real contracting company to come out and evaluate the floors She concurred that she does not believe the product is defective and the most often reason for loud floors is an improper installation I paid over 1,for the product and $and then some for the installation To rectify the floors, I would need to rip up the old floor and completely replace it That puts me -$1,in the negative for ruined materials and supplies and -$for labor My current contractor who is doing some research on my behalf and I don't think they should be offering their services at all It is bad business practice and so deceitful to other customers who may hire them in the future In an almost comical way, I am sometimes wondering if I really did meet two such strange people in which a drama unfolded conveniently Shawn consistently preached his faith as a Jehovah Witness and how he'd always make things right if I was not happy From what I have experienced since he took the money and walked, he has been silent and unwillingly to make good I tried to contact "Vernon L***" the apparent business owner from the web resources and Revdex.com, but to no availI'm not sure this person exists ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

He is the one that made some under the table deal with herI do not bid or do flooring for a livingNor would Color & Arches LLCAnd he is not my roommate any longerAlso Ray G*** never worked or was employed with Color & Arches at any time
