I called the dealer on Friday July 17 and was told I would receive a call back on the following Monday. I still have not gotten that call, so their statement of them letting me know about their "resolution" is false. When I had spoken to the sales manager he told me that "No one in the dealership forced me to sign my name to the agreement",  and acknowledged the fact that [redacted] was taking part in unethical business and that is why they fired him. I will no longer need any resolution with this dispute as I will be taking my business elsewhere. After 3 vehicles( purchased myself) and 3 vehicles  (referred friends and family to purchase thru the dealership), it is clear that they do not appreciate the business that they get.
