customer has been very uncooperative despite not finding any issues with the truck he insists there are problems the trunk is inspected by the state and passed all safety requirements, customer has also been very abusive and has used vulgar language to both my employees and other clients in the
building including woman and children, at this point ive offered to buy the truck from the customer and be done with it but I want a disclaimer signed that states he will not slander or harass any employees of colonial auto group or our good name

we will handle the repairs, my service manager will respond to customer and coordinate getting it done asap
