* During the application process the landlord's leasing agreement stated by signing the lease I agree that I will not use illegal on the premisesI questioned why the clause was there and asked her (Lexis) - the apartment representative; why all the questions about drugs? I asked her on several occasions during our leasing meeting is there a drug problem in this apartment complex? Lexis replied no to my questioning and only stated that the "clause" is inserted in the lease for my protection as a tenant and protect for Colonial Point Apartments
* Lexis also stated that there was no crime and the only problems that we would experience is noise from children that live in the complex and many steps to climb
*** COMPLAINTS***
- On May 12th the maintenance man (Jason) was talking to my friend who is also on the lease and he (Rob) stated that Jason asked him if he was aware of the drug problems at Colonial Point
