When you buying a car from this particular dealership they would be nice and pleasant to you. But when you having a problem with your car nobody would take care of it.
My car got in accident and have been a total loss. By my paperwork from dealer I bought a service contract. Because I didn't have car anymore I canceled all services remaining on the car and as I have been told it would take from 6 to 8 weeks to return money. It's have been more then 8 weeks now and when I'm trying to call this dealership they are rude and unprofessional. After a second call to them today I reached a person from finance department and first thing I herd in my phone was angry voice "This is Jeff!! Why you keep calling and
calling!! Just leave a message! You have been calling whole morning! Just Leave a message and I'll get back to you!! Do not call all morning!! Why would you keep calling!!! Just leave a message PLEASE!" He was almost screaming at me. It's after just second call and I was not even able to squeeze any word in his monologue
As my practice shows they never return your calls and emails.
Insurance have send money for this car weeks ago, GAP coverage send money as well only Colonial Nissan doesn't want to return money.
