This company appears to be a typical rip off organization, no where near the professionalism and honesty of other coin dealers I deal with

Review: As a fellow business in the hometown of [redacted] we have ordered many times from The Colonial. Today we placed an order for several meals one including a side salad. Myself and another co-worker ordered "House Salads" which were the same size as the side salad ordered by another co-worker. I then called to ask about the mix up and complained about paying 3.11 including tax for a salad that was the same size as the 1.50 side salad. The owner, then got on the phone was very rude, proceed to argue with me and then hung the phone up. This is very poor customer service and very inhumane. It is very unfortunate because we order several times a week. We will not be treated this way, and will no longer order!Desired Settlement: We would either like a refund of our money for being over charged for the product we received or would like another salad equal to the money that was paid. and an apology.
