To whom it may concern,We have addressed all of the issues with Ms*** several timesWe have had terminex treating her unit every week for the past month The ceiling leaking in the bathroom has been fixed and any ceiling repairs have been completed Regarding the plumbing backing
up Ms*** contacted the service on Friday 7/29, Tuesday 8/2, and Wednesday 8/regarding her toilet being clogged On all occasions baby wipes were removed from the drain Ms*** was informed baby wipes CANNOT be put in the toilet On Wednesday 8/after she called the office regarding her toilet being clogged she continued to flush the toilet causing it to overflow. As far as transferring her to another apartment because of the roach issue we have offered to let Ms*** out of her lease with no penalty because we have no available apartments to transfer her to
