(June 4th) showing *** the date stamped copy of her check for receipt dateWe also discussed her carpet damage that she does not agree withI showed *** the bid from our 3rd party carpet vendor & discussed with her that the amount she is responsible for is based on a depreciated value of the replacementAt the end of our meeting, I advised that we are happy to set up a payment plan for her damages up to days outShe said she would discuss with her husband ***She came into our office on to enroll in said payment plan via promissory note & made her 1st payment of $She has since not made a second payment as agreed*** has never contacted our office regarding dispute or issues he may have outside of my conversations with ***
