Review: Colonial Fuel sent myself and the Co signer on the account to a lawyer for collection without written notification sent first. I have had the acct for 4 years and was informed would have the 12 month period to pay balance off. I was also never notified anything changed with the payment process.Desired Settlement: would like to have them remove my account with the lawyer and allow me to repay them as stated in the original agreement

After numerous phone calls and notes on her monthly statements to try and get this paid, without a response from the [redacted] this was turned over to our attorney. It is a 30 day account, not a yearly account
