Estates on 3/31/16.  The application clearly states that there is a $50 application fee for processing.  Mr. [redacted] signed and acknowledged the application and willingly paid his application fee with a check made payable to Colonial Estates.  When Mr. [redacted] left the office, utilizing our SOP, our staff began processing his application, beginning with the processing of his credit and criminal reports.  By law, Colonial Estates uses a licensed, third-party agency for these services.  Therefore, our costs paid to process these reports was incurred once we made the requests through our credit agency.  The application fee was deposited to cover these costs, and is not refundable as he acknowledged it would be.  We consider this matter closed.T [redacted] Vice President of OperationsExecutive Affiliates, Inc
