Unfortunately , last April , Sub Zero did decide to terminate our service agreement that we had for nearly years, however we are not obligated to disclose this to our customers, further more the condenser fan motor that was used was not 10.00, and is a proper replacement , just not a sub zero part, which is not required, the fan motor was in fact faster than the sub zero one which in turn causes more nose, in most cases the nose level is excepted and not noticed , with increased performance , in addition the unit has many years on it, and the mounts on the fan support were badly worn and are not available , we did our best to insulate this, I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder, the service person that follow up on this has very little experience In situation like this and knew no better than to throw us under the bus.the sub zero condenser fan motor is slower and not as noisy ,this satisfied the customer, we did a proper repair with proper parts, and were willing to give the customer the sub zero fan motor, however the situation didn't allow it, with all respectArthur, High End Appliance

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here]The new company installed a genuine sub-zero condenser fan and my refrigerator is running perfectly fine now and is definitely not noisy. I told High End Appliance to come pick up the fan which I have in a bag for them but they did not want to pick it up
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
