Colonel's Quarters Cabins

We stayed at the *** cabin on 5/24 for one night for our anniversary. We were charged a total of $137.45. We noticed when we got there that the couch (only seating option besides the dining wood chairs) was very uncomfortable. When we went to bed, the bed was broken down and a spring broke and woke us up at 2:30 a.m. When we tried to take a hot shower that morning, we only were met with only cold water - NO HOT WATER AT ALL. We could not take a shower and ended up leaving at 8:30 a.m. to come home and shower. We didn't even want to stay to eat breakfast. We were greatly disappointed. I called the following week to express my concerns and spoke to Brittany, the customer service rep. I asked for a partial or full refund for our inconvenience. She indicated that she had to speak to the owners and would let me know. I never received a call or text back. I texted her three days later and she texted back that the owners would not issue any refund, but only give us a discount on a future stay. As we will never go back to this establishment, the future discount does not solve the issue at all. I want a full refund for our inconveniences.
