Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The company is lying The package was never delivered I do not have the package and never received the package I even got an email from USPS saying they attempted to deliver the package but was unsuccessful yesterday I am not going to sit home for two weeks waiting for a package If they can't leave the package without someone being there than I would not be able to receive it I do not like that they company is lying saying I received the package I want a full refund including shipping costs Sincerely, [redacted]
)This order was shipped the day it was placed online by the customer and shipped by the carrier selected by the customer. Our website indicates " Most areas in the US receive Priority Mail in to business days." There is no guarantee of a certain transit time.2) Tracking
information provided to the customer displays progress of the shipment from the time it leaves our company until it is delivered. Two days after it shipped, the tracking indicated the package was scanned in Amarillo TXIt appears the package was improperly routed, and the original expected delivery would be delayed. Tracking continued to display the progress of the package, up to and including delivery made yesterday, November 14th at 2:pm. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?strOrigTrackNum=94***8***5 This delivery was days later than is normal, however, there was never any indication it was lost or that it would not be delivered.3) We have indicated to the customer they are welcome to return the package once it has been delivered. Now that the customer has the package, we would encourage him to return it as soon as possible so that we can issue the refund

I am rejecting this response because: The company is lying. The package was never delivered. I do not have the package and never received the package.
