Dr [redacted] is amazing (Spokane)! I feel so welcomed and taken care of by his staff and himself. My wife just recently took my recommendation to try them out and she loves them also. I especially like the reduced radiation from the x-ray machine and that it shows the pictures right away instead of having to sit there a wait. Really cool.

I've been recommending this office to multiple people since the day I started going to them over a year ago.

Review: I have had several fillings performed by Dr. [redacted] fall out within 2-3 years of service. I have since switched dental insurance companies and no longer go to Collins Family Dentistry. My current dental office claims that this is absolutely not normal, and it was not placed correctly. My husband has also had fillings simply fall out within 2-3 years of service.Moreover, I had a root canal/crown placed in December a few years back. The insurance billing folks at Collins Family Dentistry assured me that the crown would be covered by my double insurance, and that I should have the permanent one placed the same day. I could have gotten a temporary crown and waited until the new fiscal cycle, which was only a few weeks away. Because they assured me it would be a non-issue, I went ahead with the permanent one. Several months later sent me a bill for over $1,000!Desired Settlement: I would like a formal complaint shared with this business. The work that Dr. [redacted] is performing is not working. Their insurance billing folks need to understand the implications of their advice!
