Firstly, Gioli is a rude racist man who humiliated us and harassed us to sign the move out paper for which he made us give $900 for 3 walls worth of painting and said that the apartment was dirty. We spent 2 full days cleaning the apartment and he humiliated us by saying garbage to us during his inspection and said he would charge us for everything and ignored the fact that we did clean the apartment. He was so rude to us and extremely racist in his behavior as he robbed us of our money. He gave me bad words over the phone when I called to get clarity on the charges.
Secondly, we informed Gioli that our apartment has had a leaking ceiling for about a year and no one paid attention to our continued requests to repair it. He came to the apartment and said he can't fix it and that the electrician will fix it. No one came even after multiple follow ups. On top of the inconvenience to us, he also took our damage deposit away of $900 for minor wall painting whereas in Colliers move out sheet, the cost to paint 3 walls is around $200.
Gioli robbed us for our money and treated us racially differently. We have been living in Saskatchewan for the last 10 years and we have never had such a horrible experience at any other rental property and high cost for moving out. We are going to share this horrible experience with friends and family and ensure Colliers is actively mentioned in the conversations we have in future.
If the management has any respect for residents, give us our money back.
Colliers has had 16 months to fix the 3 leaking windows in my solarium. Now they tell me I have to wait 6 more months.
They have had 16 months to repair the leaking windows. They also have sent me, the complete financials on the *** condos in Saskatoon.
I want my windows repaired and I want a letter explaining why they would send out others personal information.
There is a plan in place to repair the complainants leaking windows. The timing of the repairs has been set for spring 2019 when weather and temperature is not a negative factor to the rest of the building. The complainant and the Condominium Corporation's Board of Directors is aware of the plan and the timing. Colliers is acting with the authority and understanding of our client (the Condominium Corporation) and its Board of Directors.
Human error was the cause of some confidential communication to be sent to the complainant Unfortunately. Further internal safeguards have been put in place to avoid this happening in the future.
