After my son vacated his shared apartment on May 11, 2016, we received notice of $in charges for damages to the apartment's common area that my son had nothing to do with, and are excessive for anyone to be asked to payA notice of these charges was sent on 8/22, and due by 9/8/before additional service charges are remitted
