talked to customer and her parents and figured it outBasically the girl didnt understand the pricing because she didnt read all info that was directed to ALL our customers via email about pricing and where the pricing was on websiteThe complaint happned right after she was billedInstead of calling us, she made a xomplaint to you guyswtf! I work with ALL our customer for the past years if they have issues with pricingCollege Student Storage, we deal with college kids, but its mostly the parents that pay for itSame in this caseShe didnt tell parents what our services would cost and she packed like a rd, bringing up the priceI negoitiated a settlement with them within!!!! ours of them being billedThis complaint was fixed weeks ago, literally the day I got this damn email complaint from you [redacted] Tell us why here
This is a legit charge, we performed services for a customer who directed us over the phone, a college student at *** ***We dealt with her landlord, we dealt with her, we TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!!! to talk to parents and they hung up on us and turned off the phoneThey are full of ***!
LEGIT CHARGES, YOU CAN CALL MR FOR MORE INFO, I AM WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHINGNot only am I gonna keep charging card till its paid, if it doesnt get paid, im taking them to small claims courtGirl was an it and thats putting it nicely, we did her a HUGE amount of help packing her *** up and moving it across *** *** while she was out of state and now shes trying to *** US on billing *** ***Owner of CSS***Tell us why here

College Student Storage, we deal with college kids, but its mostly the parents that pay for it. Same in this case.
