Thank you for the feedbackPer your comments regarding failed delivery of retail items to campus we reply with the following informationAs you stated items were shipped to us after the deadline to deliver to campus on timeThe deadline to receive items was August 29, Your daughters package was received by us days pass the August 29th deadlineYour daughters name was missing from the package so identifying the package to a particular student was not possibleThis was due to failure to complete our online form with accurate information as requiredAfter being contacted by your daughter looking for her package we were able to identify who it belonged toWe emailed your daughter and requested correct tracking numbers and retail store informationOnce the correct information was provided we were able to identify who the package belonged toWe clearly stated the package would be shipped to campus by U.SMail at no expense to you or your daughterDuring our phone conversation it was made very clear we would reimburse you for the package IF it didn't arrive on Monday, October 17th As of 9:PM on October 17th we have not had a reply regarding deliveryAs stated before by phone, we will reimburse you for the retail item you purchased if it is not receivedOur effort to make sure items arrived at NO EXPENSE TO YOU is our best effort to make things right

This was due to failure to complete our online form with accurate information as required. After being contacted by your daughter looking for her package we were able to identify who it belonged to. We clearly stated the package would be shipped to campus by U.S. Mail at no expense to you or your daughter.
