Review: We put a deposit down to have our house painted (251.00), during the initial meeting with [redacted] (franchise owner in Missoula, Mt). We told Mr. [redacted] that we might be selling the house before they could get to painting it and asked specifically if we would get our deposit back to which he stated yes that would not be a problem. We have been trying to get our deposit back starting at the end of May, by contacting Mr. [redacted]. The times that he did answer his phone (had to use different phones to get him to answer) he stated 1. the check was put in the mail, 2. he lost our address, 3. he was not in the office and would call us back.

I contacted their corporate office the end of July and was told I would hear from the general manager [redacted] within 3 business days, I have yet to hear anything back. On August 8th I contacted their corporate office trying to get this resolved and was told again I would hear back from Mr. [redacted].Desired Settlement: to get our deposit money back that was promised to us.
