Company came out to paint my house October 2018. it was obviously late in the season, I quote from the contractor " she should have never done this job this late in the season" . I have vinyl siding and it used a special paint. with the moisture that was still on the underside of the vinyl, the paint ran on all sides of the house, to include the shutters that I removed to also be painted. I was told College pros would repaint in the spring of 2019, I would be the first on the list of jobs. I was okay with that. I paid the amount due and the contractor stated on the contract that they would be back to paint all sides, shutters and touch up the trim. It is now September and I have contacted both the corporate office and the contractor. The contractor came out in early August and pressure washed my house and I have heard nothing back since then.
