While working with our valued customers we do our very best to be as clear as possible for what is expected at all timesOur lease agreement states that there are no partial months refunds and we work hard to make sure this is clearSince we do not allow partial month refunds we do try to work
closely with our customers to pay very small payments by the week and/or even by day to make sure they are not left with any lost monies in the rent they pay for and useIt is clear in this instance there was a misunderstanding of our policy and subsequent partial payment made and that this misunderstanding ended in a level of frustration with our customerWe work hard to be customer focused and committed to delivering an exceptional experience, when it is less than that, well we take that even more seriouslyIt is my sincere apology if there was any misunderstanding during that conversationEach tenant has my upmost respect, and I aim to complete this agreement in a positive mannerI have requested and already processed a refund for the $due back to this tenant in hopes to regain their business for a future opportunityThank you for your business past and we hope we have another opportunity to serve you!
