Mr. [redacted] booked his appointment of our services online on 9/13/2017 for the removal of his three cushion couch and 2 cushion love seat.  When booking online we give 3 different price brackets starting with Less than 1/8 of a truck at $155 (which is equivalent to a love-seat or a...

small cushion couch), a half truck at $349 (this would be the volume of 4 couches and a washing machine) and a Full truck at $589.In between the price brackets of $155 and $589 we have 11 more price brackets.  Mr. [redacted] needed not only a love-seat removed (minimum $155) but additionally a three cushion couch, which alone the three cushion couch would be $199.  But we do NOT give quotes because there are so many different variations of furniture and we price based on how much volume the items take up in our truck.  There is not a possible way to give an exact quote until you see all the items to be removed.Our Manager did speak to Mr. [redacted] to confirm his appointment with us and to clarify the items he needed removed.  Again we gave an estimate over the phone (without actually seeing the items) for $229.  That is our standard price for a loveseat and couch, however, again, we do NOT give quotes because we have to physically see what we are dealing with before we can give a "quote".2 of our HUNKS arrived onsite, looked at the items to be removed and quoted it would be $349 (3/8 of our truck space) based on the size of the items Mr. [redacted] wanted removed.  Mr. [redacted] was not willing to pay the amount for the service so 1 of our HUNKS contacted the manager and stated they could remove the biggest and heaviest item for $199 vs. the small loveseat for $155.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to this service and paid for this service.
