We moved Clients’ whole house including a piano (at no additional charge), which he wanted downstairsHave you ever moved a piano down stairs in an old house? An incredibly difficult task, but my crew did it along with many other very large, heavy piecesThe entire whole-house move was finished in only hours with zero damage to any furniture or the house despite the narrow stairwells and low ceilingsClient sent me an email on Septacknowledging the hard work my crew did for him and stated his issue was not with the crew or their work ethic or professionalism, but with our “billing practices” – the lack of details on the truck rental chargeClients’ dispute came at the end when he was presented the detailed receipt identifying the labor charge, truck charge, gasoline charge for the crew truck, and the materials (plastic wrap) chargeWe do not own any moving trucksOur Customer rents them or we rent them on behalf of our CustomersThe Client took exception to the truck charge, which had no detailsOf course the details of renting a U-haul truck are never available at the time the job is completed because we have not returned the truck - so we don’t know the final mileage charge or the cost to replace the gasoline, taxes, etcSince it is impossible to provide “details” we have created a simple “summary” of $for trucks under twenty feet and $for trucks over twenty feetThis Summary includes the base rental cost, insurance, tax, environmental fee, pickup and drop-off fees, mileage charge from U-haul ($or $.89/mile), and gasolineThis is explained to every move Client and we have never had an issue.I accidently overcharged Client $50, for the truck per an agreement between him and my daughter, which I did not know anything about and have since corrected that honest errorI do not understand Clients’ incredibly damaging review when, in fact, the move was very successfulHe was not charged extra for his piano, which we moved downstairs, and the entire whole-house move was completed in only hoursLike I stated, there was an issue of a $truck over-charge (from Clients’ perspective) on a $invoiceWe have sent Client a refund in excess of the $disputed sum and wish him and his family the bestThis is a family owned business (me, my wife, our daughter and her son), which we started three years ago to help college and college-bound students earn money to go to and stay in collegeWe’ve been blessed with over moves since we’ve started and have directly assisted numerous, hard working, and trustworthy students in funding their higher-education goalsWe have tons of positive references, and in fact over 50% of our business is from referrals and previous Clients Please feel free to check out our web site ( [redacted] ) and ask us for references. Please don’t let this disproportionate, negative review stop you from helping me help these students[redacted] , CEOFounder

We moved Clients’ whole house including a piano (at no additional charge), which he wanted downstairs. Have you ever moved a piano down stairs in an old house?  An incredibly difficult task, but my crew did it along with many other very large, heavy pieces. The entire whole-house move was...

finished in only 6.5 hours with zero damage to any furniture or the house despite the narrow stairwells and low ceilings. Client sent me an email on Sept. 22 acknowledging the hard work my crew did for him and stated his issue was not with the crew or their work ethic or professionalism, but with our “billing practices” – the lack of details on the truck rental charge. Clients’ dispute came at the end when he was presented the detailed receipt identifying the labor charge, truck charge, gasoline charge for the crew truck, and the materials (plastic wrap) charge. We do not own any moving trucks. Our Customer rents them or we rent them on behalf of our Customers. The Client took exception to the truck charge, which had no details. Of course the details of renting a U-haul truck are never available at the time the job is completed because we have not returned the truck - so we don’t know the final mileage charge or the cost to replace the gasoline, taxes, etc. Since it is impossible to provide “details” we have created a simple “summary” of $125 for trucks under twenty feet and $150 for trucks over twenty feet. This Summary includes the base rental cost, insurance, tax, environmental fee, pickup and drop-off fees, mileage charge from U-haul ($.69 or $.89/mile), and gasoline. This is explained to every move Client and we have never had an issue.I accidently overcharged Client $50, for the truck per an agreement between him and my daughter, which I did not know anything about and have since corrected that honest error. I do not understand Clients’ incredibly damaging review when, in fact, the move was very successful. He was not charged extra for his piano, which we moved downstairs, and the entire whole-house move was completed in only 6.5 hours. Like I stated, there was an issue of a $50 truck over-charge (from Clients’ perspective) on a $980.00 invoice. We have sent Client a refund in excess of the $50 disputed sum and wish him and his family the best. This is a family owned business (me, my wife, our daughter and her son), which we started three years ago to help college and college-bound students earn money to go to and stay in college. We’ve been blessed with over 600 moves since we’ve started and have directly assisted numerous, hard working, and trustworthy students in funding their higher-education goals. We have tons of positive references, and in fact over 50% of our business is from referrals and previous Clients.  Please feel free to check out our web site ([redacted]) and ask us for references. Please don’t let this disproportionate, negative review stop you from helping me help these students.[redacted], CEOFounder
