Review: My son purchased a [redacted] that cost $130.00. When we pulled it out of the bag when we got home we immediately noticed ink on the sleeve. We went to the store the next day to ask for an exchange. After being ignored by 3 clerks behind the counter for several minutes, I explained the situation and showed them the shirt. The older clerk, who I believe may have been the mother of the younger clerk looked at the shirt and said; "that looks like a child scribbled on it". I said we don't have any small children and it was on there when my son bought it. In my opinion it looks like the clerk had a pen in their hand or on the counter while either unpacking and stocking the jersey or while ringing up the purchase. She then closely examined the shirt and said that the tags had been altered. My son had scribbled out the price so he could still present the gift to his father that night at his birthday dinner and we had to explain to his father we found the ink after we got it home and would exchange it the next day. She then balled up the shirt and tossed it on the side counter and said; "you can go ahead and pick another one". Now feeling complete frustration while she searched for reasons not to exchange it accusing us of marking it up and then the frivolous comment about the tag I said; "I know I can", after walking away. She then screamed across the sales floor in front of a lot of customers and said she would not take it back.Desired Settlement: The merchandise is damaged. I only wanted an exchange. The merchant was accusatory and belligerent and rude! We no longer want an exchange. We do not want that store to have $130.00 of our money, not one penny of our money. We want our money back!
