However upon receiving his correspondence last week, the account was adjusted and the $[redacted] in charges pertaining to the keys/fobs were removed. This updated his refund to $[redacted] Based on this subsequent information, we are willing to remove the trash charge as an act of good faith as there is no way at this time to confirm the source.
