Collection Management Company

I received an email from a Robert P [redacted] with collection_management company no phone number no address and no other information He said I owe to [redacted] and if I don't get this taken care of I will be issued court papersHe gave me a loan number of [redacted] I just called [redacted] and they stated I have no open loans and owe only $in late fees from when I took out a loan which was paid back in through an ACHThis is not posted on my credit report so I'm having a hard time believing this

Review: Credit Management has reported they have acquired a debt (Account [redacted] ). I have contacted them and requested they validate the debt, as it is not mines.. I have documented my attempts, but Credit Management has ignored my request to validate this debt (A signed contract, proof Credit Managment owns this debt, proof of what was paid for, etc.). Credit Management continues to report a debt that is not mines to all 3 of my credit bureaus & they are unable to provide documentation that this is my debtDesired Settlement: I would like for this to be removed for my credit file with all three credit companys
