Unfortunately there has a miscommunication/misunderstanding. The client signed a payoff authorization form that listed a specific amount the dealer was agreeing to be paid to *** *** *** ***. In signing this both parties are agreeing that the amount listed on the
form. As a courtesy I would like to offer to pay for half of the cost of the disposition fee

As you can see from the attached bills, this issue has not been resolved I have never recieved copies of any checks sent to ** *** from *** ***If this situation is not settled soon and it affects my finacial rating, I will be seeking the aid of an attorney.Thank you *** ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This vehicle was advertised as new, not scratched and dented.  This damage was not disclosed to me, even though this was not the car I test drove the prior week.  When the damage was brought to the dealership's attention they agreed to repair it.  Both times I was called to pick-up the vehicle it was not repaired correctly.  The manager claimed the vehicle was repaired by a professional auto body person.  However, anytime I have taken a vehicle to an auto body shop they have repaired the car to new condition.  This "professional auto body person"  could not even match the paint, there is a run in the paint, scratches never fixed, and torn weather strip.  This car was advertised as new and should be repaired to new condition as the dealership agreed.    Regards,[redacted]
