The customer current has an outstanding bill with the company and at the time the business attempted to settle the bill with the customer he brought up concerns with the work done. issues were found. The customer was made aware a lawsuit would be filed if the bill was not settled. At this time the business has had no other option but to continue with legal proceedings in this matter.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]To my knowledge Collawn construction never had any independent person in my house to look at the work that has been done. I have never been shown this independent persons results in any written form.  I personally have had a couple people look at it myself and was told that it wasn't done to industry standards. That is the only reason I haven't paid the remaining balance. I am not sure what it would cost to fix.
