Review: I was contacted by an individual claiming to work for this company, trying to collect payment on a "past due" account for a veterinary hospital that I use to work at. When I questioned some of the charges he became very agitated and accused me of not paying my bills, leaving my previous job under bad circumstances, and staying that I should simply send them the money I owe them! It came across very unprofessional and somewhat suspicious. I asked him to send me a detailed invoice for what I owed and when he did a few days later, the invoice included charges for an animal that did not belong to me, which meant that the records have been altered. I called the direct line back and asked to speak to a [redacted], he informed me that he was the [redacted] of the company and that there were no other employees, which made it seem even more suspicious. He said he would remove one of the charges for $27.85, which didn't make much sense to me considering that he is not part of the company and claims to just be a collection agency. I have already filed a claim towards city veterinary care, the business that originally claimed that I owed them money. Please reference complaint #[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like confirmation that this is intact a legitimate business, that there has actually been a claim filed, and that since they have already falsified records already, that I am should not have to make a payment on charges that I am not responsible for.
