My teenager ordered a birthday arrangement for me through 1-800-FLOWERS, which was assigned to Colesville Floral designs. For $58.00, they threw together an sad arrangement that included carnations, baby’s breath and old-looking flowers. Are you kidding?! Cheap and careless! I won’t tell my daughter today but I’ll be letter her know a good florist to use in the future. You took advantage of a teenager and wasted her money. Shame on you!

Review: My long-distance boyfriend, [redacted], ordered me flowers for delivery yesterday and they never arrived. When he called last night, he was told they were on their way because they were very busy, and that someone would call him back to confirm delivery. They didn't arrive, no one called him back. When I finally called at 10 last night wondering whether I could go to sleep or should I still be waiting for the flowers, I sat on hold for 15 minutes before what sounded like a teenaged girl picked up and said that she would simply send a message along to the florist and they would call me today. So the two numbers on their websites are apparently not actually their phone numbers? She was pretending she knew nothing? I don't know. In any event, I called again this morning and the phone rang for several rings, then someone seemingly picked it up and hung up. That happened three or four times. Finally, someone then turned the voice machine on, telling callers to phone later because they are busy. There is no way to leave a message; there is no email address.Now my boyfriend is going through [redacted] to reverse the charge, since he can't get hold of anyone at the florist's.Great company.Desired Settlement: Not only should my boyfriend be fully refunded, this company should be fully investigated. It almost seems like some kind of online scam. The reviews online are uniformly negative -- this place simply doesn't deliver the flowers you order.
