Cole's Pool Service

I wouldn't recommend this company and gave them 1 star only because it made me for starters Coles pool was next door we had him give us a quote for A valve replacement he did a good job with that so we asked him about a recommendation on a resurface company which we used David the owner told us we should have professional cleaning for the new surface for the first year so we allowed Coles pool to do it I stayed to watch over it until the surface was complete I left after a month of brushing it 2 times a day as they said the surface looked nice when I left after a month I start getting pictures of my pool full of algae and dirty (husband works out of town) so my husband called every week because it continued for monthso after 4 months go by of green pool he took it upon his self to give my pool and credit card information to another company without telling me to get our pool clean so we finally get home after 5 months and the pool bottom now has dark streaks all Down the sides and all down to the main drain looks like they dumped chemicals they shouldn't have down it and now he won't come back I am very unhappy and would never recommend using this company.

Pd mo fee for wkly serv. incl. chlor tabs, chem. etc. sweeping/ vac - pool green not been serviced in 2 wks. owner took pymt for aug but no service.
Very poor service. Paid a monthly fee which was supposed to include weekly service including chlorine tablets chemicals etc. sweeping and vacuuming pool. Came in to town and pool was green with a layer of algae coating the entire pool! Called them and the owner says pools can turn green overnight. They don't if they are services as they are supposed to be. Once I challenged him on that he ceased up and said his son/worker whoever he was, was sick last week. Ok so now we have established it's been 2 weeks since he serviced and cleaned the pool. Then guys says so are you going to be all mad etc (forget word he used but totally defensive move on his part. Of course I am mad! My house is for sale with realtors showing it. I comebin to town to have a pool party with my family and come home to a green pool! Do you think I'd be happy and jumping for joy especially when I'm paying them to take care of the pool. It should be swim ready at all times! He sure is quick to take the mo hotly service fee out of my account but then doesn't do the service. Not the first time the pool hasn't been serviced right either-should have cancelled then. Lesson learned. Have disputed charge with bank so waiting for them to resolve. Any good business owner would have immediately refunded the money/reversed the charges after telling the customer to get someone else to clean it and hanging up on the customer. Filing complaint so that other consumers know what they are getting into if they hire them.
