Review: Well, it pains me to put this on here, BUT I feel I have little choice, after 3 letters on their customer service form, 2 emails & 3 phone calls over the last week and getting NOTHING but a run around, transferred & hung-up on/disconnected or no reply at all. Here you go.. I ordered a pair of the German field phones and got a busted up head set, busted and broken. I've offered to sent just the headset/hand set back, to save shipping on both ends, tho if they wanted me to return the whole phone I would, BUT they will not even reply or give me an answer, it's really sad customer service from a company I have done business with for years, and never had an issue to even contact them, so I had no idea how bad their customer service was...Desired Settlement: A swap for the broken one, for one that is as advertised & pictured. I figure returning just the hand/head set makes more sense, since it just unplugs ad getting the same back from them, to save shipping, tho IF I need to, I'll return the whole thing on their "dime" since it was packaged this way. The case, box ad packing was in perfect shape, they shipped it busted, I'm sure in error.
