work, as did another factory dealership. The customer cannot afford the vehicle and is being dishonest claiming that her car woes were caused by our dealership. The B.A.R. found no wrongdoing on our part. We have bent over backwards to try and accommodate her - but we do not owe her a refund for work that was both authorized, and done properly.
