Took our vehicle Tuesday January 12, to get the headliner replaced and the windows tinted We have had windows tinted there before so we knew they did a good job Later in the day we went to pick it up and it looked good and we left and went home The next morning we went out and looked at our truck and there was a spot on the door where someone had scrapped something against it like a door or cart It was not on the vehicle when we dropped it off so I call them and the lady tells me to bring it by so they can take a look, I said ok, I'm on my way When I got there a lady and a Gentleman came outside and looked at it, she said "Oh, it just looks like a little door ding, but we can't be responsible for what happens in our parking lot." She also said that where the technicians work has room for just car I left there still having a ding in my door, and them not taking responsibility for what happened while our vehicle was in their care How many other people have they done this to? I'm sure we aren't the only ones
