Review: CBTEC, specifically [redacted] (real estate agent with 30+ years experience), sold me a home giving me in writing that the water meters were separated on a 4-plex unit apartment. Being in Kuwait, I put my full trust into CBTEC to let me know if the water meters were separated or not. After I bought the home, [redacted] told me..."oppps, sorry, I incorrectly told you the water meters were separated, they are not." CBTEC told me they will not do anything for me and I need to sue them.Desired Settlement: $10,000 to get the water meters separated.
