Review: On 6-17-16 I signed a BAC with this company in order to put in an offer on a home. At the time I did not realize that the contract would be in effect for 365 days. Since that time I have not received any contact from my agent regarding homes or anything else. The offer I had made on 6-17-16 was rejected. I contacted the company to let them know that I was not satisfied with their service in representing me as a buyer and that I wanted to terminate the contract. I received a phone message stating that this would be taken care of however it has not. I requested a written confirmation from them stating that the contract is terminated. I am unable to continue my home search with another agent until I have this confirmation in writing. Due to the company's refusal to do this my home search has now been delayed for almost two months. With the exception of putting in an offer for one home the company has not provided any service to me and have not had any contract with me since that time. This is not acceptable serviceDesired Settlement: I want the contract terminated in writing immediately.
