The information provided by the complainant is accurate Our agent listed the sellers property and then had an emergency health issue that required her to be admitted to the hospital immediately for the next week and without notice In an attempt to provide timely service to the seller the agent contacted her office and asked for assistance in having the new listing activated in the Multiple listing service When the info online was made active in the MLS the list price the agent had suggested to the seller was inadvertently used instead of the higher list price the seller had chosen The error was immediately discovered and every effort was made to remove the incorrect data from all online websites, several of these sites were not within our immediate control, we involved our IT department and and every effort was made to remove It did take several days - I communicated with the seller regularly, apologized for the error caused and released the seller from her contract with our company so she could work with another broker
