I need to correct my original response to this complaint as I interpreted information I received erroneouslyPlease correct my response to read: “We are aware of the complaint received by the buyer on this property and deny that that our agent had any information regarding Ferret damage to the hardwood floors as indicated in the buyers complaint We know the buyer has an attorney who is seeking damages against the sellersWe will cooperate fully with this investigation and provide testimony or documents as needed or requested.”

I received this complaint for the first time on January 18, 2018. I have reviewed the transaction with both the selling agent and her managing broker, and was made aware of the fact that the buyer has retained an attorney to get relief from the sellers. The sellers are not clients of
Coldwell Banker, and the issues brought up by the buyer occurred after the closing, and after the sellers extended occupancyColdwell Banker and our agent that represented this buyer will cooperate fully with any investigation requests and provide any needed testimony or documents as requested in the best interest of the buyer
