Review: This complaint is in regards to my property in the Bronx, it was listed with Coldwell Bankers Gumbo realty. The property went into contract in May 2013 again, as of today the property has not closed. Also note a commission was paid to [redacted] in cash and in advance in the amount of $21,000 ( yes 21 thousand) because she said we were closing in 2 or three days its been months, I gave her this sum ,for the sale of my property. I have formally requested the return of my commission on several occassions to [redacted] and [redacted] and have not recieved a response. I have offically filed a complaint with the Department of State because of what I know to be acts against her duties as an agent and the responsibilites and obligations against her broker. I have also filed a complaint against them with the Board of ethics for obvious reasons.Desired Settlement: I want the return of my downpayment of $21,000. I want the return of the $13,000 I lost on the first deal because she promised me a loan with a mortgage company that didnt go through. I want all appraisals, title searches I paid for reimbursed . All storage fees paid since May of 2013. I want all monies lost on the second deal returned. I want $125,000 returned to me monies lost and mental anguish that these people have caused me.
