Review: This company is distributing advertisements in direct violation of Woodland Ord. for residential housing.

For some reason, Doug Arnold has targeted the community I live in to distribute advertisements for real estate. On some occasions, I have found Doug Arnold advertisements shoved inside my front door jam at my house. I have a "No Solicitation" sign on my front door. According to Woodland (Ord. No. 1087, (part); Ord. No. 1264, § 2.), No peddler or solicitor shall distribute written materials to any residential property or contact or attempt to contact any occupant of any house or dwelling, where there is posted at the front of the house or dwelling, in letters not less than one inch in height and clearly visible from the public right-of-way or normal entryway to such house or dwelling, a sign or placard prohibiting such soliciting or peddling. Doug Arnold has been distributing advertisement material at least once a week in my neighborhood. I have even called his office to complain about this ord. violation. I was told by someone from his company that they would stop delivering advertisements to my address. They continue to leave material on my door step. I would like this to cease immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like Doug Arnold to honor my request to not have solicitations delivered to my residence. I do not appreciate this aggressive advertising practice by his company.
